Motivational Speaking
Turning Life's Challenges into Purpose, Growth, and Possibility
Life doesn't always go according to plan. Sometimes the most difficult chapters—illness, loss, unexpected change, or adversity—become the very experiences that shape who we are and who we are becoming.
As a motivational speaker, Registered Professional Counsellor, bestselling author, and two-time cancer survivor, I share a message of resilience, hope, and transformation. My journey through Stage 3 breast cancer and Stage 2 lung cancer challenged me in ways I never imagined, but it also taught me some of life's most valuable lessons about courage, perspective, and what it truly means to live fully.
Today, I help audiences discover that while adversity can change us, it doesn't have to define us. Through authentic storytelling, practical insights, and a touch of humour, I inspire people to move beyond survival mode, embrace life's turning points, and step into the next chapter of their lives with greater confidence and purpose.
Whether I'm speaking at a women's event, corporate gathering, conference, healthcare organization, or fundraiser, my goal is simple: to leave people feeling inspired, empowered, and equipped with practical tools they can apply to their own lives.
